Nakaseke Reaps Better Results after Intensifying Pressure on Teachers 1 2

According to the Uganda National Examination Board, Nakaseke district registered a 95 per cent pass rate and a 27 per cent increase in pass performance compared to the past year. Out of 4,447 candidates registered in the district, 428 (9.9 per cent) scored aggregates in division one, 2,474 (57.3 per cent) obtained aggregates in division two, while 801 (18.9 per cent) attained division three aggregates.

Soroti, Kumi Top PLE Performance in Teso PLE 2019 results 1

The PLE results released on Friday show Soroti had 344 candidates in Division one, representing followed by Kumi with 270 candidates. Bukedea district was third with 159 candidates in first grade while Ngora district with 3.2% children in first grade.
