The deceased include a retired teacher, Moses Kafeero Amooti and his nephew Benson Bogere who were hacked by assailants in Kobulubulu sub-county, where they had gone to collect payment of 4.5 million Shillings from the sale of land in Murem Landing Site in Kobulubulu.
The councillors claim that several pieces of land have been sold out to different individuals and companies in the area without the knowledge of council.
