The ruling was as a result of an application filed in 2014 by Prince Apolo Kisoro, the former Bunyoro Kingdom Minister for Tourism and Personal Assistant to the King following the King’s ill health.
Kasule who has sued Ruyonga together with the Electoral Commission wants the court to order for a recount of all the votes cast in the Hoima West Division constituency parliamentary race and the cost of the application be paid for.
