Kawala says that on Wednesday, Nakayima hired a vehicle, registration number UAW 850A, a Coaster Rosa, from Alex Muwanika, the driver. She adds that the suspect moved around Kazinga, Kyebando, and Nansana in Wakiso District, picking up victims from their parents and workplaces under the pretence of offering bursaries and jobs to work as matrons, cleaners, and security guards.
The deceased juveniles have been identified as Joshua Nzeyimana 16 and Jonan Murengezi 10, both residents of Maisuuka village. They are children of Rosemary Kaiteki and Sipiriano Katuye of the same area.
