According to the story, the two attendants; Isaac Nuwamanya Kaharuza and Robert Tukamuhebwa were accused of ferrying 170 bags of maize flour on a pick-up vehicle Registration number UBB 657F from the task-force stores on April 30, without authorisation. The vehicle belongs to David Kansiime alias Rusheshe, a produce dealer.
