Peter Oola, the Chairman of Rom Village, Patuda Parish in Omoro District reportedly ordered Nelson Ojok, Michael Odoch, Collins Pute and Charles Okumu to arrest and assault David Okello, 16, and his colleague identified as Patrick Ojok, 19, over theft.
