David Asubu, a resident in Kumi town says it is needless to celebrate Uganda’s Independence when people cannot have access to basic things like water. He challenged the authorities to ensure that water is made available and affordable to communities regardless of their status.
Only three of Akorimo’s 20 children have studied beyond Ordinary Level (S.4) and a majority have not sat Primary Leaving Examination- PLE.
