During a council meeting on Wednesday, David Ewayu, the district councillor for Kuju Sub County questioned why only the contributions from Ministers Musa Ecweru, the State Minister for Disaster Preparedness, and Gen. Jeje Odongo, the Minister for Internal Affairs were recorded.
Serephine Alia, the Chief Administrative Officer, says that the district has been relying on one ambulance of Usuk MP, Peter Ogwang to handle all the emergencies in the district, which overwhelmed its operations.
