The summons was issued on Friday by the Grade One Magistrate Marion Mangeni following a request of State Attorney Ivan Kyazze. Kyazze told the court that Ssegirinya was supposed to appear today but neither he nor his lawyers showed up for further hearing of his case.
The couple is said to have sneaked into the house of a businessman based in Iganga and recorded him having sex with Tracy Nangendo. They reportedly started blackmailing the businessman with threats of exposing him unless he pays them Shillings 150million.
