Anaka Town Council Chairperson Denis Okema says that the two were poaching wildlife in the park on Thursday afternoon when Omara missed his target, a wild animal and accidentally speared Olyel. Okema told Police that Omara handed himself to the Local Council leaders of Olony village after the incident.
