Mabirizi contends that Kyagulanyi fraudulently obtained entry into Makerere University through the mature age entry scheme since he was just 20-year- old by the time of his admission on October 21, 2000, which was contrary to Makerere University prospectus of 1999/2000 -2000/2001.
Mabirizi petitioned the Law Developement Centre court to summon Kyagulanyi on allegations of having obtained false registration at Makerere University where he graduated with a Diploma in Music, Dance and Drama-MDD, about 20-years ago.
The DPP has since taken over previous cases Mabirizi levied against Kyagulanyi which are scattered in Kampala and Wakiso Courts and have since stalled after the various government departments' delay to provide him with supporting documents as evidence.
The Human Rights Committee will not be able to cover the several parts of the country like they had planned but will only go to 8 districts of Ntungamo, Masaka, Mbale, Mayuge, Lira, Gulu, Kampala and Wakiso due to funding.

According to results released on Saturday, by the Electoral Commission, President Yoweri Museveni emerged the eventual winner with 5,851,037 representing 58.64 per cent of the votes, while the main challenger Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu polled 3,475,298 votes representing34.83 per cent.

However, Museveni said, he was not campaigning since, on the two occasions, he never wore his National Resistance Movement attire. "For the commissioning of Mukono-Katosi road, I had to remove my yellow campaign shirt and come with a suit so that no one says I am breaking any rules...” Museveni posted on his social media pages.
