Darias Nandiinda, the Kabale Resident District Commissioner has confirmed receiving the complaint from Atusasire implicating officer for profiteering from her case. He however, says the decision by the officers to side with the accused is uncalled for.
Asaph Bindire was picked up on Wednesday evening at Nyakihanga in Itojo Sub County along the Ntungamo-Mbarara road moments after he reportedly photographed a traffic police officer receiving a bribe from a taxi driver.
