Ssendegeya is accused of swindling 67 million Shillings allocated for the welfare of Government sponsored students and an additional 11 million Shillings from the guild fund. Nicholas Byoonanebye, a guild advisor says that none-of the government sponsored students benefited from the money released by government last year.
Kabale University Dean of students Charles Sendegeya is among the people accused of conniving with the guild President Robert Tindyomugyenyi to misuse up to 4.3 million shillings.
