This follows a secret love conversation on phone between Okao and a lower level civil servant, Patricia Atim, the Lujorongole Parish Chief in Lakwana Sub-County, Omoro District. Atim is married to Godfrey Okello Novey, a porter attached to Awor Health Centre II, also in Lakwana.
