Mutyaba through his lawyers of Kamulegeya and Company Advocates has sued Archeris Security Services Limited, an agency contracted to provide security at Federation for Uganda Football Association-FUFA House in Mengo for battering him.
According to Mutyaba the Football governing body under the leadership of Magogo has diverted public funds, exercised discrimination and abused office which is contrary to the sections 2,6 and 11 of the anti-corruption of 2009.
