According to Dr Apangu, the production and supply of oxygen remain low coupled with intermittent power challenges at the hospital necessitating the referral of some of the critical patients to Gulu regional hospital.
The Health Ministry donated the missing ambulance valued at Shillings 300milion to Arua Regional Referral Hospital last year. The driver parked the ambulance in the hospital yard and left the keys behind.
