Mathias Muhumuza, the LC 1 Chairperson of Kyabugaija Upper Cell, says he got a call from one of the residents informed him about the body in the garden. He suspects that the security guard could have been killed elsewhere and his body dumped in the banana plantation because there are traces of tires and feet heading towards the garden.
