The incident occurred at around 1.a.m. at Kagezi trading centre, about 12 kilometres South of Masaka Town. Victims of the attack told Uganda Raio Network that about six people dressed in camouflaged uniform stopped vehicles at the illegally erected roadblock and ordered passengers to surrender all their belongings.
