Dr. Musenero told Uganda Radio Network on Thursday that the satellite PearlAfricaSat-1 whose construction started two years ago and is being undertaken by three Ugandan space engineers alongside Japanese engineers and other space experts from around the world, will be handed to other space experts on May 10 for inspection and rigorous testing.
