Nabasa has instructed the Senior Town Engineer to provide a report on the current status of the market. Additionally, she has tasked the Officer in Charge of Kasana Police Station with ensuring strict adherence to the notice.
Buwembo is accused of undermining standing committees, restraining his executive members from monitoring projects, and refusing to sign the approved budget estimates for the town council.
In the letter dated May 27, 2022 addressed to her boss, Chris Johns Buwembo, the Luwero Town Council LC III chairperson, Ndibalekera says that she is throwing in the towel due to her busy schedule.
“I have realized that I will not be able to serve well in this position with my busy schedule,” Ndibalekera’s resignation letter reads in part.
