Kyagulanyi has been telling the masses that the reason for his nationwide tour is not to seek votes but to urge them to rise up against the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) government which has been in power since 1986.
He also reasons that while addressing rallies he is not being disrupted by security agencies like it was before, because President Yoweri Museveni is scared of the possible reaction by the international community.
