Vincent Bagambe, the Director of Planning and Strategic Information at the Uganda Aids Commission, warned that the withdrawal of U.S. funding will derail Uganda’s progress in combating HIV/AIDS.
The Judiciary in its policy recognizes that the HIV and AIDS epidemic poses a significant threat to its ability to provide timely justice, as it erodes the benefits of an effective and efficient service, ultimately draining human resources.
