The ban follows repeated concerns by many teachers who are accusing some financial institutions of making double deductions from their monthly salaries.
Pontian Muhwezi, the Bayport Financial Services Uganda Kabale branch manager, says the matter is being handled by their headquarters in Kampala. He declined to divulge further details.
