Fred Baluku a resident of Kisanga A Cell says he has been unable to drive his car home after the road connecting to his house developed huge gullies on Saturday.

The Rwenzori East Police Spokesperson, Nelson Tumushime said the victims were swept by the running water as they attempted to cross the flooded areas.

The affected areas are in several sub-counties including Kyondo, Nyakabingo, Kyalhumba, Muhokya, and Kilembe Sub-counties.
