On Wednesday, the Kasese High Court Deputy Registrar, Ivan Nkwasibwe announced the judgement date after visiting the locus and having a close discussion with both parties.
The dispute revolves around ownership of the land on which the school is built. Nyakatonzi Cooperative Union claims to have leased the property to the school, but the school administration has failed to pay rent for the past eight years, resulting in arrears amounting to 90 million shillings.
