Kisekka was convicted on Monday following his own guilty plea to the charge of murder, under a plea bargain agreement with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. The state was represented by Assistant DPP Thomas Jatiko and Chief State Attorney Jacqueline Okui.
However, that Kisekka while on remand at Makindye Military Barracks, he escaped from the military detention and went to Kayunga to burn charcoal and started Charcoal business, six years after he had been on Court Martial remand.
