Reverend Dr. Medard Rugyendo, the Principal Bishop Barham University College Kabale, downplays the resignation of the lecturers, saying it is normal, adding that those who are ready to serve will fill the gaps.
Patrick Besigye Keihwa, the Kabale LC V Chairman, says he is tired of complaints of non- payment by the workers of Kigezi Highland Tea Company. He has promised to intervene and ensure the workers are paid their wages soon.
Reverend Dr. Medard Rugyendo, also defends the renewal of the contracts of some the employees who are past their retirements age, saying they are essential to the University given their experience.
