Wafula Oguttu, the FDC spokesperson, says as far as they are concerned Kanzira is innocent. He alleges that Kanzira is being punished for declining to attend a night meeting called by Crispus Kiyonga the Defence minister in which he had been summoned to take the voters’ register.
