Innocent Eguma (13), a primary six pupil of Nigo Primary School in Nigo village, Oluvu sub-county, Maracha district has been arrested by Police for chopping off the head of his nephew Savior Andama (2). Eguma planned to sell Andama\'s head to the Chinese workers constructing Vurra – Oraba road to raise money for scholastic materials and food.
