Govt Will Refund All Stolen Donor Money - Finance Ministry Official opm fraud

Jim Mugunga, the spokesperson of Uganda’s ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development, told Uganda Radio Network that while he was not sure about the refund made to Ireland, government has indicated that it would repay all stolen funds. However, Mugunga could not specify on the source of the money used to repay the stolen funds but said government has resources it could use to cover the refunds.
