FDC spokesperson, Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda told journalists that Museveni is trying to micromanage Makerere University through his wife and other proxies such as Tanga Odoi, Kiwanuka Kiryowa, Bruce Kabasa and Ruhinda North MP Thomas Tayeebwa. These officials are members of the university council.
