Isaac Kizibwe and Justine Nabakooza say their child Marvin Ssemindi was stolen from their home in Wabusana trading center in Kikyusa Sub County around 9pm on Saturday.
Sharon Drifezu Candiru, a resident of Vurra customs in Vurra sub county, was arrested on Sunday at Arua California Bus terminal with a one-month-old baby girl only identified as Nicol. The mother of the baby is only identified as Jackie, a resident of Nabingo along Masaka road. When interrogated, Candiru revealed that she stole the baby because her boss failed to pay her for two months.
