A catholic priest in Tororo Archdiocese is currently locked up in a bitter row with one of the donors over the ownership of a church-funded project worth billions of shillings. The project, which was founded by Fr. Joseph Kichama, boasts of a health centre, a girls’ secondary school, a grinding mill, a nursery school and bore holes.
