On Saturday, Kamuswaga Apollo Sansa Kabumbuli marks ten years since he was enthroned. In 2012, Kooki launched a five-year development master plan to boost its financial standing.
The initial program was to have the celebration marked tomorrow May 15th, 2014. However President Yoweri Museveni indicated that he would not be available on the planned date. He instead advised that the function be pushed to May 17th, when he will be available.
