Pastor Solomon Brian Mwesige from Good News Church in Bulenga asked government to consider opening places of worship like it has done to shopping malls and other businesses.
The churches were constructed as part of the implementation of the Resettlement Action Plan-RAP for the people who were affected by the construction and the development of a refinery and Kabaale International airport in Kabaale parish, Kabaale Sub County. The process affected 7,000 people from 29 square kms of land, which also had schools, and churches.
