In the overall tally announced by Makerere University, Electoral Commission Chairman, Kenneth Isabirye, Ssemboga scored 4247 votes followed by his closest rival, Bazil Mwotta Biddemu who polled 2863 votes.
Oulanyah noted that Parliamentary rules are comprehensive and holistic enough to cater for any situations and that the events of last Thursday were unjustifiable and unreasonable.
