Niwagaba had gone to parliament with some of the suspended MPs to deliver a copy of a summon issued by the High Court against the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga and the office of the Attorney General.
Five of the MPs are still hospitalised while others are home, some with injuries. Those still in hospital include Mityana Municipality MP Francis Zaake, currently at Rubaga Hospital after the medical team from Kadic Hospital declined to admit him because he was taken in a bad condition.
On Tuesday afternoon, Oulanya apologized to the house and unconditionally readmitted the MPs. In his communication to the House, Oulanyah explained that he allowed the MPs to return to the house following a meeting with Nathan Nandala Mafabi, the Leader of the Opposition.
