Pastor Kiwedde, real names William Muwanguzi, has appealed against his three year sentence after one year and two months in jail. Pastor Kiwedde started serving his sentence on January 9, 2014. Pastor Kiwedde was convicted of malicious damage to government property and sentenced to three years by Kalisizo Grade One Magistrate Susan Awidi.
Pastor William Muwanguzi will again appear in Kalisizo Grade One Magistrates court today for a final judgement of another case in which he attempted to escape from Kalisizo Government Prison and caused malicious damage to government property.
