The youths led by Augustine Bukululu accuse Masaka Town Clerk Joseph Kimbowa and Augustus Turibarungi, the principal engineer of failing to account for over 580million Shillings sent to the municipality from the central Government under Road Fund.
Augustine Rukiika Bujara, the Kabale Municipality town clerk, has been arrested by Police for misuse of office. Bujara was arrested on Thursday afternoon by Police. He is accused of diverting money meant for road construction.
