Nakasongola RDC Swaibu Lubega Waggwa says that there are allegations of cultural officials who could have come up with their own version of the memorandum of understanding and are spreading it in the district. Lubega notes that the allegations are creating confusion between Buruuli Chiefdom and Buganda Kingdom subjects over who is entitled to what property and other contents.
