Former Kyadondo South Member of Parliament, Hajji Issa Kikungwe, is dead. Democratic Party president Norbert Mao says Kikungwe died today after undergoing surgery at Mengo Hospital to remove a brain tumor. Kikungwe has been the DP National Treasurer since 2010.
