The new Prosecutor will be the third to Chief Prosecutor handle the situation of Uganda in which five Senior commanders of the Lord’s Resistance Army are indicted for war crimes, sexual and gender based crimes and crimes against humanity.
The warning follows an announcement by The Independent National Electoral Commission CENI on Thursday that it was unable to organize the vote on time, and that the poll would now take place around seven days later. The country should have gone to presidential, Parliamentary and Provincial polls on Sunday December 23rd.

However, Gumpert says integrating the evidence collected by government doesnt make the court bias. He says the court only exploited the Complementarity provisions within the Rome Statute that established the International Criminal Court.
The International Criminal Court will need between 543 and 584 million shillings in flight tickets and daily subsistence allowance payments for court staff for the confirmation of charges hearing in Uganda.
According to the United Nations Multimedia site, Ms Bensouda told the UN Security Council last evening that March 2015 will mark ten years since the Security Council referred the situation in Darfur to the Court. But no tangible action has been taken to ensure that justice prevails for the Darfur victims.
