The deceased was a 34-year-old Tanzanian Doctor who was studying at Makerere University in Uganda before she developed headache, fever, rash and bloody Diarrhea on August 28.
The facilities which are in over 22 selected districts are valued at over USD 2.4million (approximately shillings 8.8 billion) are funded by the U.S. President' s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and constructed by the United States Agency for International Development-USAID.
