Fred Enanga, the Uganda Police Spokesperson says Police is working with the DPP to fill up the gaps in the evidence before the suspects can be committed to the high court.
Joan Kagezi, the lead prosecutor in the trial of suspects of the July 2010 twin bombing in Kampala was shot dead by two men riding a motocycle on Monday evening in Kiwatule. She was due to present the main state witness in the trial of suspects in the bombings of the Ethiopian Village Restaurant and Kyadondo Rugby Club in which 79 people died.
