George Okot, one of the suspects accused of his involvement in the removal of three metallic doors at Boma Ground pleaded guilty and opted for plea bargaining. He was accordingly sentenced to 30 months imprisonment with an option of a fine of 500, 000 Shillings.
Benedict Oyugi and John Bosco Akore, the Secretary Kotido District Cultural Elders Council are accused of soliciting a bribe of 2.2 million shillings from a defilement suspect Peter Oumo.
