Tororo Hospital Fails To Replace Broken X-Ray Machine no drugs

The machine first broke down in 2007 and the hospital spent about 20 million shillings to repair it before it broke down again for the second time in April 2010. It has not been repaired since. Dr. Opete said the hospital needs about 40 million shillings to repair the X-ray machine.
