Speaking to Uganda Radio Network after the arrest of Kampala Lord Mayor, Erias Lukwago and other politicians, Kaheebwa said the police do not want any inconvenience caused to the business community in downtown Kampala. A day after fire razed down Park Yard market in Kampala, pockets of smoke were visible as well as a thick choking smell of burnt clothes. Visible too, are vendors heckling, requesting for any contribution from passersby as well as lamenting their ordeal.
