Women Earn a Living from Quarrying at Soroti Rock vulnerable 1

Anna Akello, a 45-year-old mother of five says she makes about 300,000 Uganda shillings a month from quarrying. Akello testified that quarrying at Opiai hill has enormously boosted finances over the past years. Just like any other business, Akello usually ensures that she reaches the quarrying site which she calls her office as early as 6am and stays there up to late evening.
