Of the 10 candidates that have been cleared for nominations, only they have pinned posters along the Kyambogo Road. They include President Museveni, General Henry Tumukunde, and Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu.
The Minister who was flanked by the Engineer Godfrey Mutabazi, the Executive Director Uganda Communications Commission, said the Commission will help the National Identification Registration Authority NIRA to send bulk messages in a bid to increase awareness on simcard registration and update Ugandans on their national identification status.
