M23 rebels who are currently fighting the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) government forces say that they are making more gains despite attacks by the United Nations forces after forging an alliance with the Mai Mai.
The Congolese soldiers crossed into Uganda early on Friday after the M23 rebels loyal to renegade Democratic Republic of Congo army officer, General Bosco Ntaganda, overrun the border town of Bunagana.
